Despite using SFO for years this was my first time using Park SFO - I wanted somewhere that would be covered, self-park and secure for my car and this looked perfect. The location is very close to SFO, the app was surprisingly good and there were plenty of spots. I didn't have to wait for the shuttle on the way out or return and the lady was very helpful including lifting my very heavy bags! I returned 12 days later and my car was exactly as I left it, I used a coupon that saved 4 days and I was on my way. All in all, highly recommended - I will be parking here in the future! Update 2024: parked here again today and had a great experience. Forgot our car seat when in the shuttle and Peter was amazing in getting me back to pick it up in record time!
First time flying out of SFO & using ParkSFO. The previous reviews were worrisome but we decided to try it out ourselves and I’m glad we did!!! Location was easy to find, just plugged in the address listed on their website/app on Apple Maps & it led us straight to garage. Approached the gate and was asked if I had a reservation and only had to show it on my phone. I checked in on the app which noted my arrival time. There were plenty of available parking spots. Garage was safe, clean and signage of levels and specific parking spots were visible. Took the elevator down to catch shuttle & it was already there so no wait time! Shuttle was super fast/close to airport. Clear directions/instructions posted in the bus on where to catch shuttle on return. When we came back, the shuttle was already waiting at the terminal and had a second one approaching. Both drivers we encountered were very nice & helped with our luggages. I checked out on the app & it was easy to add the coupon code & pay directly thru the app. This will be our go-to parking spot every time we fly out of SFO. Highly recommend!
Decent price with coupons. But likely you will end up self parking outside in the sun. But most importantly if you are flying United out of Terminal 3, good luck getting a ride back. They do run buses frequently, but almost always get filled up in Terminal 1 or 2 and won't stop at 3. After 6 such missed buses I took the AirTrain to Long term SFO parking and walked 10 minutes. I suggested to them that they should run buses specifically to each terminal when this happens, but the attendants just blamed me for not waiting enough.
Over priced. Their lack of directions and the signage for the garage is complete trash. Forgot the numbering system that they use if you make a mistake and don’t write down the level, because each level has exactly the same numbering system. So when you come home after a long trip, you’re left looking at each level trying to find your car. I’ve never been so angry entering a garage or leaving a garage after paying $1000 for their “services.” I placed quotes around services because there are no services here. Zero. You’re on your own.
We have been using ParkSFO for years. In last 6 months or so can easily wait 30 minutes for a shuttle pick up while other off airport shuttles pass by every 10 minutes. Frustrating.
