We have used this service for many years for the most part without problems. We have found some of the both people entering and exiting for the most part fine except for being a little condescending and abrupt at times. The drivers have always been very good especially Bryan I believe who had brain surgery awhile back and he is missed. However, this past Saturday 6/8 was an entirely different story. We waited about an hour to get a driver to pick us up. We called a couple times to check but were told it was busy and the driver was on his way. Finally two drivers showed up one behind the other? The driver we got was noticeably agitated. I believe the sign in his shuttle said Randy not sure if that was his name or just the shuttle.. he barely helped anyone with luggage and pulled over at the last stop to go over the sheet with where the vehicles were parked I assume. He took awhile doing this. When we got to the lot he could not find the vehicles for awhile finally found the first group dumped them out quite literally and then proceeded to drive around and around the lot looking for our vehicle which he could not find. Asked if we had a spare set of keys and we did and finally found it even though we passed by it several times. Got us out and as soon as we started driving heard a noise that we thought was a plane but it continued right to the pay booth. We got out looked under the car and saw there was an orange cone stuck under o. The driver we had came over and said we ran over the cone right by the booth which we had not as we heard right after leaving where it was parked. The guy from the booth came out finally and removed it after this driver kept saying at least six times we ran over it by the booth which was impossible. Not sure why he was involved or agitated but after six times it got heated. He was so rude and as we were driving to this booth he kept yelling about respect. Well I think the customer should be respected and not accused over and over again of doing something he knew nothing about after being told multiple times. Should we ever use your service again I hope we do not run across this guy again. So unprofessional and disrespectful. This all started due to the long wait. Also, it is always busy at the airport and this time was the same. Most everyone was gone due to the lack of service and timely pickup. I am recalculating this review due to the response from the owner Rick. He was very responsive to the original review. I always feel when there is a problem or mistake it is how you handle and correct the issue and he he did just that. It is a family business for 30 years and one issue should not taint their reputation.
Dear Park n Go owner, this was my first time trying your company. I recently had a very unpleasant experience and I felt compelled to share it. The employee named Brad was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Not only did he handle my inquiries with a dismissive attitude, but his overall demeanor was incredibly disrespectful. His lack of courtesy and unwillingness to assist left a very negative impression. We called twice in the span of 30 minutes asking to be picked up. The first time we called was to call to be picked up. The second time was because the first shuttle that came got full and we were unable to get on, which is understandable and not anyone’s fault. Although when we called a second time to ask for another shuttle, Brad answered the phone with a very rude attitude and while i was halfway through my sentence, he hung up on me. I expected much better service, and Brad's behavior was completely unacceptable. I hope the management addresses this issue to prevent future customers from having the same unfortunate experience.
We have never had as easy a process as we did when we parked with Park 'n Go Port Everglades recently. To say they were efficient is an understatement. We pulled in under a canopy, handed off our keys and they transferred our luggage to the van. Transport to the port was smooth and problem free, then they quickly transferred our luggage to the cruise terminal staff. We never had to lift a finger. When we returned from our cruise, the van was already waiting for us, with several others lined up behind it. We were shocked when they delivered each party directly to their vehicle! As we left, the gate attendant handed us each a bottle of water. This is the finest in customer service and we will happily use them again for our next cruise! Can't recommend highly enough.
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Park and Go service. When I called to be picked up at the airport , I was met with incredibly rude behavior from Brad, the representative who answered the phone. His unprofessional and disrespectful attitude is unacceptable and does not reflect well on your company. Customer service should be helpful and courteous, but Brad was far from that. This experience has left me frustrated and unwilling to use your services again. I hope you address this issue and improve your customer service standards.However the driver was very professional.
Highly recommend for cruising. Excellent parking service! We used this parking for a Cruise, and the service was completely seamless. As soon as we arrived we pulled up and there were many shuttles ready to take cruisers to their ships, same thing when we returned, shuttles were waiting to get us back to the lot in no time!
