Avoid the Stress! Absolutely terrible experience with Park N Fly near Seattle Airport. Flying can be stressful enough, but this parking service made it a nightmare. First, their phone line was constantly busy when I tried to call from the airport phone booths. Stuck without a ride and unable to reach them? Not exactly a relaxing end to my trip. Second, unlike other parking lots, their shuttles weren't running regularly. My Family and I waited for ages in summer heat, watching shuttles from other services come and go, while we were left stranded. Completely unacceptable! Save yourself the hassle. Find a different parking service near Seattle Airport. This one is simply not reliable.

Part of me loves this lot as it was so easy to park, go and get back. But I did return to a very long scratch on my car. No notes left. :/

HORRIBLE.... I got a text giving directions to go to the 3rd floor of parking garage for shuttle pick up. I did so, I called and a guy told me I have to go to ground level they can not pick up on the 3rd level. I go there everyone is saying no its 3rd, I call back no one knows who I talked to and tells me to go to the 3rd level..I finally get to my car and the dash and deck Is lit up. I was gone 3 days I ask the employees what's this about and no one has answers and acts like I'm making it up..I spent 78.99 for a horrible experience.

They don’t answer their phone - or they do and immediately hang up on you - so if you use the self park lot they won’t pick you up, you have to walk to the valet. Then when coming back you have to wait and see every other company send multiple vans past before you get one of theirs, because again, they never answer their phone. So expect a 30 minute or so wait to get back to their lot

Hands down the greatest place to park. Been coming here for years and they never let me down. My son will be flying to Anchorage tomorrow and he will be here. When my mom passed, they got me right in. These people treat their customers like gold. Best Service Ever. Thank you Jay for always having my family's back.
