Have parked here many times over the past several years. Always felt safe there. Drivers are always kind and helpful. Our driver this week was Jimmy. He was so pleasant and kind!! From the moment he welcomed us onto the shuttle til he unloaded our luggage he treated us like family. You are fortunate to have such great employees!
Worst experience ever! I have used this service many times and they always have someone waiting by my car when I get out of my car.. Today was not the case! I had to walk ALL THE way across the parking lot back to the front gate. On the day I bring a backpack and not a carry on. What’s worse is I had three buses refuse to help me and at least two others pass me.. The lady in the front building, Connie had no customer care and did not seem bothered by my lack of customer care today.. Gave me the excuses for the poor service and just told me to wait.. no apologies or anything. Just really surprised by how different this time has been.
First time flying out of ATL, left my car for a week and came back with no surprises. I didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes for a shuttle departing and returning. The driver's were very kind and attentive. Comfy seats, clean, worry free. Would come back when flying again.
I love using Park 'N Fly! They're conveniently located off the highway and close to the airport. There's plenty of parking. The shuttles are clean. The drivers are professional and friendly. They have a great frequent Parker program that allows you to earn free parking days. I appreciate being able to wash my vehicle before leaving the parking lot after it's been sitting for a while.
Tonight was the absolute worst experience and I will never spend another dime with this company. After a 8 hour delay and Delta Crowdstrike madness we make it to the shuttle pickup. The driver who stated his name was Ron parked at the end of the street then went back and forth with another rider about why he had to do so. He drives irate to our parks, so much so that a lady with a baby was scared to take her hand off the bar. Then 2 stops before us we all discover he left a bag at the airport, he argues the customers down but my party was ahead of them and saw them bring their bag. We were the last stop and Ron refused to assist us with our 6 bags. Then when asked about it he says "I don't help when people are yelling at me. I get mad and I don't help." Then after take 3 bags off he decides to try to help but I then told him do no worry about the customers. My dad was the only male with us and had surgery 2 weeks ago and shouldn't be lifting anything. So after getting all our bags off I tell my party to take a picture of his tag. He slammed the door and zoomed off leaving us and our bags in the middle of the street. I believe the tag was EPC028. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and he should not be an employee there. This was more than a bad day, this was bad worth ethics. As an executive, I would never allow such behavior to represent my company and I hope Park n Fly doesn't either. Customers do not deserve this kind of treatment.
