Park by the ports is an excellent company! The team was super friendly and helpful! They were quick about getting everyone’s luggage in the van and made sure our soft bags were stored on the top to prevent crushing. We felt the area and our vehicle was in a safe location too. I am a travel agent and I will definitely be recommending them.

We used Park By the Ports the first time for our most recent Cruise in April 2024, the process was extremely smooth and easy. When we arrived we pulled through and got the confirmation for our reservation, the staff unloaded our vehicle in the transit waiting area, I parked my vehicle, boarded the transit van while staff loaded our luggage and no sooner we were at our destination. Pick up was just as smooth. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. I do not have a single complaint for this business or any personnel we communicated with. Everything and everyone was fantastic and made the experience so simple. I highly recommend using Park By The Ports, they will save you a ton of stress and headaches. We will most definitely use again, thank you all at Park by the ports!!!

For the price paid, this was a good parking option for our Holland America cruise. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and delivered us on time and picked us up in a timely manner. The downsides were the location in a very busy part of town and that it was open parking in a random parking lot and not very secure. Would I use them again, YES! Like I said for the price with the FREE shuttle to and from, it is a pretty good deal.

I have used Park by the Ports 4 times now and every time was perfect.. They are always on time to pick you up and the staff is always very nice. The shuttle van was very nice and clean. This time Brandon was the driver, and he was a very nice person, and even though my plane did not get in until 11pm, he was right there just like he said he would be.. Thanks... I will continue to use this company.. very appreciative of these guys, especially because air travel is chaotic these days and they make the parking part much more calm.

We've been on several cruises in the past. The parking process with Park By The Ports was a breeze. The best ever! We did not have any issues or concerns during the entire process from the initial call. Everyone were very accommodating and polite. I also wanted to mention the price is very reasonable, the parking attendant is very nice and every time I called to ask a question, I spoke immediately with an actual person. Also, the vans are comfortable & a short ride to the port. Than you "Park By The Ports" for a stress free & very pleasant experience.
