This eatery has a chicken pizza with veggies that I ordered, and I had a great experience. My hopes were exceeded by the pizza's combination of tasty, fresh vegetables and succulent chicken. The exceptional customer service, however, was what really jumped out. My item was delivered on time and with accuracy thanks to the polite and attentive service. I had a delicious pizza today all in all.

Made 4 different calls to different pizza places but went with papa John's in Aberdeen because they have garlic sauce and the man said I would save 4$ well the first pizza was wrong and no garlic sauce and I'm waving down the driver who backs up in my driveway and ignores me, I spoke to the manager right away who assured me he would make my pizza and put 2 garlic sauces in the box well as soon as it got here the driver whom I tipped well the first time let me know as soon as I opened my door that there was no garlic sauce in this order either she came out of her mouth that this pizza doesn't come with garlic sauce that isn't what I was told and the manager said he'd put 2 in the box and if I ask 3 different times on my first order for garlic sauce and would have paid for it..I don't like pizza without it and the driver was rude and the manager Blatantly. lied. And I'm disabled on disability and lost 30 dollars on that food and I called back and he had nothing to say to justify the way I was treated. I will never nor will my family ever order from papa John's again. And I paid the driver a good tip to get disrespected because she knew when she was bringing the order back a second time it was wrong without garlic sauce. You will never get my service or my family's ever again.

Got my order in a reasonable time, and the driver was nice, as well as the pizza and cheesy bread being good! However, I didn't get extra dipping sauce that I ordered! Pettie? Maybe, but when I order and pay for something, I expect to get it! Also ordered the new boneless buffalo wings but what I got was some kind of chicken bites with buffalo sauce drizzled over parts of them (not even 1 of the 10 that they give was completely covered by the sauce!) Don't know if I accidentally got some other type of chicken side or if this is what they are trying to pass off as boneless Buffalo wings! Which if that's the case its highly disapointing! Finally, and about to get petty again, but I don't appreciate a tip being automatically added at checkout! The final price in the cart should be the same as the final price in checkout! Then I'll add my own tip depending on the driver, as I did with this order!

Just had an unfortunate experience with an employee in regard to one of the pizzas I ordered. I won't go into details because it was professionally and masterfully addressed by manager Jessie. Jessie always handles issues with my kids picky orders (special needs) and addressed the issue this evening in such a way I will still order as always every week. She is a gem to the company!

First off got a pizza and the dough is raw. Called and just asked for a new pizza. Called several times after not receiving a pizza in an hour and a half. Was put on hold for over 5 minutes and staff refused to tell me why I still have not received my pizza. Then I told they have 1 driver at the store. This is stated as a retired military owned store, as a retired military service member this is unacceptable. If it was the weekend maybe I would understand but this was a Tuesday night. Unacceptable worst service and pizza from a papa johns ever
