So it was a horrible experience. I waited 2 hours for my pizza. I understand it’s busy. They delivered it to a wrong location (not their fault). But the manager personally delivered it… that really made up for the bad service. Much appreciated.

The lady that took our order was so nice and really made us feel welcome. We had just come from a funeral and she made us smile. Her name was Dorothea. She took our order and was just so sweet. When she delivered the order one of the sandwiches wasn't made right. It wasn't her fault she had the right information on the ticket but her co-worker who had to remake the sandwich was very rude to her. We made sure to talk to the manager about the situation but that was why they didn't get 5 stars. Also the pizza wasn't as good as it normally is. We had a steak number 9 and an Italian sub along with a small cheese pizza.

The food was good when I finally got it. I ordered online. Order was supposed to be ready by 4:00 pm. Never got it until 4:25 pm. The guy cooking my pizza had very long hair and he was flipping his hair all over the place. He should have been wearing a net over his hair.

I had a free offer for a small pizza 🍕 from the rewards program and Google Maps said "dine in", so we tried here. Great 👍 service! I'm not a fan of pizza anymore, but, I've been a fan of Papa Gino's since I was a kid. My friend loves the crust and she enjoys Papa Gino's. My kids devoured their 🍕 slices. Pricey, but, everyone was happy 😁! Wifi available. I recommend a visit.

I recently made a catering order for an office of 45 people. GM Tom and his one worker not only facilitated the entire order without any issues; but they were able to make a last minute addition to the order from my office. They weren't just friendly...the level of professionalism was unmatched. They came in early to make sure my order was ready a little bit early; and they helped me load my car with the full order. I'll return to this location whenever possible mostly because of the service I received.
