Food is good BUT I was really bothered by the fact that the employees are instructed to not fill up their "Panda Crafted" beverages to top if "no ice" is requested. I'm definitely not seeking to scam for 2-6oz more BUT rather no ice because the coldness of drink bothers my 42yo teeth...Lol. I felt a certain way when I paid for a large and received a cup that was filled about 2.5" from top. I could be wrong but just wanna point out not everyone likes ice added to an already cold beverage.

So the prices are going up!! But plates looks more empty!! Customer service the worse!! You walk in and the place looks empty!!! I was wondering why? Now i know!! Sharing the pictures of my two plates. Almost empty. The pictures can’t lie and have the nerves of charging 1.50 for dry shrimp

The food we had ordered from here was actually very delicious. The reason why I am giving this location 3 stars is because of the service. We had a mix up with a family meal promotion going on because they didn’t know what we were talking about, which is fine. We ended up needing to order the food online to receive the deal so while my friend was placing the order I was asking them if I could separately order 3 drinks and 2 Ragoons. I could tell they got a little annoyed because we didn’t realize the promotion was online pickup only. They picked up my drink cups multiple times, put them away, called and asked another employee about their watermelon beverage that we wanted. Additionally, while we were waiting by the cash register watching them go back and forth I heard the employees complaining to each other about each other. A lot of low talking about one another and how someone doesn’t know what they are doing. It was actually very upsetting because they took sooo long to give me 3 drinks and 2 orders of ragoons. I waited at the cash register for a long time while they kept getting other peoples orders and ignoring my order. While I kept waiting I even heard other customers wondering why they were taking so long with their orders because they kept mixing them up. Overall, I just wouldn’t want to return to that location.

I ordered the plate and got broccoli beef orange chicken and chow mien the chicken and the broccoli were good but the chow mien didn’t taste good it tasted old or like bad cabbage and my stomach started to hurt right after never coming back here again

The food is like any other Panda Exlress location. The food portion is average. Once in awhile you get lucky and you get an employee that don't indulge giving you a larger portion of rice and noodles. But I have notice that ever since the $20 minimum wage, they have watched the portion they give you.
