The perfect place to grab a drink and some food before a flight! They have a great draft beer list with some local choices. Pictured here is the Funk Citrus IPA. I got a bacon grilled cheese that was to die for. Fair prices and fast and friendly service.
Aug 2022 update: much better experience when the kitchen is open. Good food and fair pricing. Old review: Kitchen closed when we tried to eat here. Dunkins and the wonky food vending machines are your options. Smh.
Lack of hygiene awareness. A waitress with short dark hair was petting a dog by the bar and went on to serve food and drink without washing her hands. Julieanne, the bartender was eating a sandwich with one hand while making and serving drinks with the other. No hand washing even though she kept touching her mouth while eating. I had one drink and decided to get food elsewhere.
No one at the hostess stand so I walked up to a table and set my carryon bag on a stool. Waitress quickly comes out from behind the bar and tells me I need to go back to hostess stand. I responded "what" (I thought she was kidding). She snapped her instructions again "either go back to the hostess stand to assign you a table or go sit at the bar." I replied "I guess I'll go sit at the bar." After getting her disgruntled look. I said "forget it"..and spent the next 3 hrs at the airport business work center. Cost PA Pub probably 2-3 scotches and wings. Easy $100 they could have gotten not to mention a scotched up guy usually tips big. Customer service is in the ditch at this place.
1. Customer service is mediocre and not polite. Empty restaurant/bar with 3 waitress that were more attentive with their own conversations than taking care of their customers. 2. The waitress never checked on me or other customers after drinks and foods were delivered. However when a lady put a purse on a seat then she immediately called out the lady. 3. The hamburger seems like from a frozen package. I would not recommend this place.
