I had to go come back and change my rating from a 1 star to a 5 star after I wrote my first review and actually driving over there and meeting a live sales person. This young lady, I think her name is Donna, was so kind and helpful, so the moral of the story is automated phone trees are a pain, you need go see for yourself and meet a live person to talk to. Great job Donna!!
I needed supply for my bed ridden mother on a Friday afternoon. I did a search and found Owens Medical Supply, open till 6:00. Rushed across town to get what I needed and discovered business was closed and it was only 5:00. This was super inconvenience and wasted my time. Update your hours so this doesn’t happen to anyone else…. Glad I didn’t need an oxygen tank!

I am absolutely in awe of the amazing customer service I received from Mr. Owens. Even though he did not have what I needed, he took the time to find the best product for my daughter and called me back in less than 20 mins! I am definitely doing all the business I can with them.
When looking for a brace, I had been to all other medical supplies in town. No one had the bracelet, when I went into Owen's medical supply, they looked the bracelet up online and found they could order it, no one else offered to do that for me. From now on, any medical supplies that I need will be purchased from their store. Very happy.
