Very pleased with the experience at Outlook Automotive. I don't use a garage very often cause I do most of my own car repair. When I don't have time or need something done quickly I will definitely be back to Outlook. Very honest and trustworthy mechanics.

These people have no idea how to be mechanics. Everyone! Please make sure you request proof of credentials belonging to the mechanic involved in the service of your vehicle! My cousin, whom has his own family brought his vehicle in this establishment for a clutch repair. And when his vehicle (which was the only vehicle they had) was returned, the clutch repair supposedly done caused the transmission to blow. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT REAL MECHANICS!!!!!! PLEASE BE AWARE AND BE SAFE EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!

It’s not often that a visit to an auto mechanic reaffirms your faith in humanity, but after a visit to Outlook Automotive I can testify that it can happen. After telling my tale of woe about a Jiffy Lube visit which knocked out my dashboard lights, Derek promised He'd work my truck in and take a look. I dropped my truck off and after a few hours Outlook was able to dig around and find that it was two blown fuses which were the problem. He replaced the fuses and declined to bill me anything for it saying that they felt guilty for charging for such a simple thing. Derek is terrific. He always works fast, goes the extra mile to check and fix little things, but never tries to upsell you on further services. Derek is also very friendly and approachable. No wonder he is always loaded up with customers and has fantastic reviews. You can kiss all the eeby-jeebies of auto-repair mistrust goodbye. Their prices are reasonable and they don’t over charge you or tack on hidden fees and costs at every opportunity. Definitely would recommend. 10/10.

Don't let all these good reviews fool you. The owner is a convicted felon, a thief & the management are all a bunch of uneducated people who tell you what you want to hear. If you're looking to get work done, DO NOT go here. They will mess up your vehicle somehow then refuse to take responsibility to correct their mistakes. Therefore leaving you with more issues than you arrived with & costing you triple the amount of money you were originally supposed to pay.

What I witnessed this morning pumping gas with my husband I'm leaving this review the guy flew out the shop on a customer who was peace fully there to get a problem resolved told him to leave before he called the cops they damaged the person car offered him 20 dollars to settle and had the cops trespass the couple I felt so bad for them they did not accept the 20 and I'm glad they did not I hope they take them to court these people are complete crooks go there at yalls own risk stay away from the man and lady at Outlook automotive
