My wife and I have been eating there at least once a month for years and always enjoyed it until recently. We usually had the ribeye, enchiladas, shrimp, catfish, or my favorite, prime rib. The last three times we ate there, we both had to fight for the bathroom by the time we made it back home. At first we thought it was just a fluke, but the last time convinced us not to go back. If you're constipated and need relief, this is the place to go.
I found OSC through the kindness of some locals I was working with. Forget 'The Big Texan' and the chains; this is the real Texas experience - great food, excellent, friendly service at a good price. It's not fancy but it's more like those places in your past you yearn for....go there!
WELL I TRAVEL EVERYWHERE and this was the best steak iv'e ever ate in my life im always working in amarillo im from houston and this is the best steak intexas period u the ribeye is always juicy and tender u gotta try the chicken fried steak the beer is ice cold very very gooood cold beer if your ever in amarillo DO NOT MISS OUT THE BIG TEXAN SUX ther open wendays thursdays fridays n i think saturday im not sure call b4 u go
It was filthy ! Waitresses clearing table, not wiping them off and then putting salad on plates with their bare hands for customers! And not washing their hands ...disgusting !
Love it David fixed me up the best hamburger steak yum ....calf fries yummy best!!!!
