I’ve had a horrible experience here even though I was finally helped it was a tiring process. I live 2 hours away and needed a rare equipment but after I rented, I had to drive back twice to replace defective parts. Although I am grateful to finally be helped, it was stressful and traumatic. I was frustrated by how far and the false promises that were made over the phone. When I came to pick up the last item, the manager said it wasn’t there and I was really emotional and was crying and she threatened to call the cops. I think they desperately need aligned communication amongst their staff and to take preventable measures to ensure their customers are getting quality items and service so this won’t happen again. This is my unfiltered review. I hope this helps others.
