At a critical time, this company provided excellent timely service. I wholeheartedly recommend this company because of professional, courteous service with clear, demonstrated knowledge of the best possible ways to get from one place to another. In all kinds of weather! Way to go!

Do not use this service!!!! I use some cab services, as a last resort, as they tend to charge more than Uber and Lyft. However, what I was charged is pure robbery. For one thing, when I asked him how much it would cost on the phone, before booking the ride, he said the 9 mile ride would cost $38 which is insane, but I was desperate, so I complied. He asked if I wanted to add a tip to the card prior, as I told him I would cash tip, upon drop off. Fast forward to the part where I get dropped off. I realized, when we stopped at the gas station, for coffee (I was in there maybe 3 min) the driver, (drives a Lexus) stole my $120 yoga pants and $80 sweatshirt. That isn’t all if the loss I suffered, until I saw on my bank statement a charge of 68$ from Square Zone Taxi (Says Orange Cab online) Oh, I tipped him 10$ cash, as a thank you for getting to me quickly. I’ll give him that redeeming fact…He did get to me rather fast. Yet, he prob realized how much money he can make in booking me, considering his plot to lie and steal. So in total, I took a loss of $68 for the ride $200 in person items $10 cash tip $278 total for a 9 mile ride. Of course he won’t take any of my calls. Something else; when we were driving to the destination, he took a call from someone attempting to schedule a ride, he told the caller he would be there in an hour or so, then hung up and laughed out loud saying, “I ain’t gonna pick that guy up” So apparently, he’s in business of scheduling rides with no intention of doing. Super professional!

I was double charged for a location I didnt even go to. Buyer beware. Do not give them your card info. If you're going to use a taxi service, use one that only takes cash. Places like this should be illegal. Unfortunately I was in a bind and I think Nick took advantage of that. I repeat DO NOT give them card info. This is- and I cannot express this enough- a scam. Save your coin, use Lyft.

Fantastic service! Professional telephone manners, and considering questions I was asking as I not knowing the area. The driver, (I'm sorry I think I recall Curtis) couldn't find the address, a one way street, walked to search me out! Loaded all my luggage, friendly and absolutely professionally shared small talk. Upon arrival to the Greyhound bus terminal, he carried my luggage all the way into the terminal!! I found the pricing fair and I'd sincerely recommend using The Orange Cab company in Akron Ohio!!

DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE! We called to confirm the ride after attending a concert. Guy said he would be there in 25 minutes. 30 minutes went by and he then calls asking US to PAYPAL HIM GAS MONEY!!! After we said no HE NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED AGAIN!! Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE SERVICE.
