Purchased a carton of cigarettes and noticed the older foreign man charged me $2.20 higher than the advertised sign in the store. When I questioned him he said “you using credit card”. I said “there is no sign indicating credit card charges are higher”. He answered “next time don’t use card“. I said next time I won’t be back. He replied sharply, “no problem!“. Don’t appreciate this type of service from someone I am giving my money to! If I could rate with zero stars I would.
Horrible customer service. The employee “Ashley” was rude to my grandmother who was trying to exchange an item she got wrong and then cussed my mother out the next day and called her all kinds of names. Very unprofessional.
Great convenient store and customer service. They have a wide range of beverage options as well. Also... THAT ONESTOP COFFEE IS AMAZING!
