One Parking

The morning parking attendant was one of the rudest, meanest, moodiest, and grumpiest people I've met in a long time. He couldn't be bothered to be patient and explain things in a way that was at least somewhat decent. The parking lot is already hard to understand and the stalls are small, so a bit of work on the attendant to make this acceptable would go a long ways. The other attendants were never a problem, however.

This location, on a Saturday was open, easy to find, good to easily from. BuT..... very difficult to find the payment booth. In every direction it was hidden by poles and suports...frustrating. ir ws also hard to walk into and out of the garage. Had to walk on the active drive way from the street. But.... easy location, well lit, and clean.

People staffing were informative and friendly. I like to park my own car and I could though valet was an option. Clean and light. A good place to park.

The man with the glasses was very unhelpful. He was mean and could not speak English or help us get out of the garage

Great garage, paying for tickets is easy and can be done from the car upon exit. They have complimentary electric car charging too!
