This Monday we are walking the park and thinking about getting a Beer, asked a Disneyland employee if they have alcohol in Disneyland Park, The employee told us that in the whole Park they have alcohol only in one place at the Olga’s Cantina in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge . You have to use your Disneyland app to make a reservation before they let you enter the Restaurant Bar area. The place it is really amazingly designed like a Disney Ride they have a DJ Robot that plays cool music. I have added photos and videos from the Bar Restaurant place, I recommend go check it out in person it is amazing, of course if you like futuristic design. We had 2 beers and the were really good.
Make a reservation before you arrive give it 10 minutes and they’ll have room at the bar for you. Awesome atmosphere love the Dj it’s definitely a nice place to enjoy a cold beer it’s the only place in Disneyland you can buy alcohol. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions,
This place is so busy!! You get a 45 minute max time to eat/drink. You are sat at the same table as other people. We were sat at a dirty table filled with dirty glasses/plates. Our waitress had to bus the table as she was taking our order plus the people next to us orders as well. This place needs a couple dedicated bus boys or something because the wait staff is just so busy and need help. Our waitress Amanda was good for how many people she was seeing at once and the amount of work load she has. Atmosphere is cool, very club like. Jabba juice was good!
Okay, so I might have gone a little overboard with ordering all the drinks and snacks, but there are no real entree options here. The drinks are very creative, and the snacks are clever. However it is for sure more of a bar/club kind of feel. They sit you at the same table with several other parties of people. The guy next to me was reviewing some kind of Season 5 Episode 4 edits over email for who knows what TV series. That is how close you are to other people. It is Disneyland so what do you expect.
Had a great trip to Disneyland but our visit to Oga’s Cantina was a bit of a disappointment. One of our drinks tasted like cleaner and was very bad. The others were not so bad and the theme was awesome. The atmosphere was incredible overall with great decorations matching the Star Wars theme. We did find our server to be rude which caught us off guard since it felt like it was for no reason. It actually made us quite upset as we were being nice and he kept snapping at us. Not the best time. I would not come back here next time I visit as there are way better drinks in other areas of the park. May be worth for a one time visit to try it out and check out the inside, but not a repeat experience. Overall disappointed in the service and quality.
