Brandon was very helpful in providing desktop computer information which I was considering. His knowledge and feedback was very valuable in deciding on the computer purchase. His no sales push was very appreciated when compared to other local retail sales businesses. I highly recommend anybody seeking help in deciding on any computer needs to check OfficeMax and specifically Branson's assistance. Only drawback I had was that most laptops were not displayed. It would have been nice to see laptops though. I do understand that they did not want various people touching the laptops during Covid-19, but one solution would be to provide some sanitizer close by and advise customers to use as needed. After all, we were all touching the doors to enter or exit the store anyways.
Super helpful!! Amazing and patient staff who want to help! They go out of their way to make sure you get what you need! I accidentally came early for my curbside pick-up and they still helped me even tho it was 20 min from closing!! Allison and the manager was sooo sweet!! Every time I go to the Oak Valley i leave with a huge smile because of the staff!!!
My recent experience at OfficeMax was quite good in checkout and return (found S/M size of masks too small). Though I do not shop stationaries very often, but was able to always find what I need for things like calendar and paper supply. Hate to see the store close by is closing out. But will definitely shop online when needs arise.
The staff provided a great wealth of knowledge and expertise when advising me with my printing needs. In addition to the high quality, they were also very efficient completing my order a day in advance.
Diaka was so helpful with Printing Services. She was able to get me everything I needed is such a short period of time. I really appreciate her hard work and assistance!
