Awful service, the store didn't have the right size so they placed an order and they ordered the wrong size. I called the store and Susan (the "manager") was extremely rude. She gave me an attitude from the get go (I suppose she don't know how to manage complains much less to resolve them). I couldn't believe she the manager. I also found out they they don't even have that size ANYWHERE so I was lied so the lady (Maddie) can close a sale. I'm escalating this to Chris James and the right people at corporate. It's infuriating to find a manager so rude and a dishonest staff.
I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews - I love it! I shop here quite frequently because they have a great selection of women’s, men’s, and children’s shoes. They also have a rewards program, which is pretty cool. The employees always make sure to greet you when you walk in and inform you of the promo going on. I think they could probably make more sales by going a little more above and beyond with their customer service (this is just my observation from being in customer service myself). It’s as simple as just asking what you’re shopping for, is there anything they can help with, or checking back with you after they saw you try on a few pair... something so simple like this could make a big difference. Other than that - it’s a great store and I’ll continue to be a customer.
There was no one in line and there were 3 girls working the registers. I have a broke foot and a checker named Zoey made us walk around the display to where the line would be. Then she wouldn’t check us out and went over to another store employee standing at the end of counter was laughing and pointing us out to him bragging about being rude. I purchased $175 and my daughter purchased $200. I will not be back based on poor customer service. Update: Cooperate Office contacted me and apologized for the actions and poor service by their employee. I was impressed by their response.
Simply because of your customer service. Me and my family walked in there was no one around, I didn’t notice the employee but my husband did and said she didn’t speak to us. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, as she was standing around pretending to fold clothes as she spoke to her friends. But 2 mins later a couple walked in and she greeted them. Didn’t offer us any help but helped everyone else. When we were leaving she gave us a mean mug the entire way out. I believe it was because we were black point blank period smh I’ll never be back.
I bought vans and converse buy one get one 50% off over a month ago. They sent me my converse threw the mail and gave me the wrong size. I asked for 8 in Woman and they gave me 8 in men which is a 10 in woman. So I returned the shoes and they ordered them again for me. I get my shoes in the mail today and it’s a size 8 in MEN. Are you serious???? Im frustrating this is the second time I’ve had to deal with this with the same pair of shoes.....
