Extremely comfortable and quiet rooms. Everything was clean and the innkeepers had clearly thought of every little detail of what we might need during our stay. The afternoon cookies and breakfast spreads were delicious. Truly the best bites you’re going to find in Ashland! Do yourself a favor and ask for the cinnamon rolls ?

Fantastic bed an breakfast in Ashland. We (family of 8 adults) stayed for a few days around a rafting trip and felt comfortable the whole time. Inn keepers made all arrangements very easy and made amazing breakfasts/cookies! We hungout on the back patio at a large table with hanging LED lights and played Bocce on the front yard. You do need a long walk or short drive to get downtown though. Otherwise, Oak Hill was a great spot to stay in Ashland!

Anna and Brian are just super people that run a beautiful, comfy B&B. Anna is an excellent cook and made us one of the best breakfasts ever. We plan on staying there again the next time we are in Ashland.

This place was amazing I went to the murder at four deuces and it was like the best thing I've ever went to! The food was amazing, the event was awesome, and the hosts where nice! I would totally recommend this place!!

We stayed at Oak Hill to celebrate our mom's birthday. We could not have chosen a better spot! From the moment we arrived, we could not have felt more welcomed. Brian and Anna are the perfect hosts, and are what you should find at every Bed and Breakfast. Everything, to the finest detail, is done with such intentional care, and they are very accommodating for special needs. The rooms are beautiful and the food is DELICIOUS! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely go back again!
