Please be very careful with this car rental company. I specifically declined insurance, yet they knowingly presented an online contract with added insurance and passed to me a large charge in small print that they knew no one reads when they are in line. Keep in mind that I reserved the car without insurance as well. I would stick to the bigger brands even if their price is higher. You end up paying more with these smaller brands. This is written not out of anger but to help others.
Woud not recommend at all. Definitely go with a larger well known company. First off, I tried calling the place multiple times in the days leading up to my trip to confirm my reservation and they never answered the phone, I left a call back number and my calls were never returned. I also wasn’t aware the place was inside the Westin hotel so my uber was driving around forever trying to locate it. Would’ve been nice to know. Then when I got inside the building, there was one person working with 10+ people in line in front of me. I waited for over a half an hour to be helped. Then I was informed I needed to put down a $500 deposit which I didn’t know about, kind of annoying. Tons of issues with insurance and liabilities and age restrictions. It was a hassle that took way too long. The car we were given was nice, no complaints- When we returned the car, the employee tried to say there was a new dent on the car which was not new at all. Went back and forth with the guy and ended up being late to the airport. Still working with my insurance to get my $500 back for something I didn’t even do. Overall, rent somewhere else, not worth the time and stress.
Overcharged my family $600. When I informed one of their associates about it, she straight up denied that they did when on my receipt and credit card, it clearly says that they did. These people WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Look elsewhere.
Very unpretentious at first glance; although, may be a little too exclusive for local business community's transient shared labor force.
