Stayed at the Fisher Ave. location for about 12 days while recovering from surgery. The location was about a 20 minute walk from the grocery store and hospital I needed. By car they were both about 6 and 7 minute rides. There was not a lot of foot traffic, but during peak hours the street was busy with cars. We had a good stay. The apartment was well equipped and furnished. We did have some trouble getting in when we first arrived due to the remote location for opening the door was not working. Luckily someone was leaving the building while we were standing there for 15-20 minutes. The HVAC system in the apartment we stayed in was thunderous and building maintenance came to change a filter one day which we were not informed about. We had to figure out on our own that the garbage receptacles were located in the garage. It would have been helpful if that information was provided. All in all it was a good comfortable stay.
This was such a great rental! We even hosted Christmas dinner in our apartment. The gym is better at this complex than most membership based gyms, the entertainment room was fun, the free Starbucks coffee each day was an unexpect bonus! We even used the pool one night. This was the best deal on lodging I have ever secured. Well done!
The check in process was professional and smooth. The apartment was clean and spacious and at a much lower rate than a hotel would have cost. Questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. I will definitely stay at one of their apartments again next time I'm in Boston.
Our stay was INCREDIBLE!! We stayed in East Boston - at Evolve - and it could not have been a better choice. The room was easily accessible by taxi or T (blue line) from Logan Airport. We were able to get anywhere we wanted within the city - and even made a trip south to visit family - with no issues at all. The room was immaculate and the decor was just as photographed on the website. I saved money booking this room versus a standard hotel room, AND it was quiet, clean, beautiful view - and there was no hustle and bustle. It really was a home away from home for a few days. Our client service rep, Erica, was so accommodating with my questions and concerns prior to and through the booking process. I would only recommend that there be access to a 2nd key - I was paranoid that I was going to lock the key in the room and be stuck! But, all in all, a total 5-star experience.
Stayed at 350 3rd st, Cambridge. Luxury apartment at half the rate of hotel with much more room. Extremely quiet, thick walls, gorgeous view of Charles River, attractive modern decor, very convenient location. Toiletries and sundries (coffee pot, coffee, shower gels, soaps, etc.) were impeccable, like the finest hotel. Even have room service available through an affiliate website. I'll never stay in a hotel again in either Boston or Cambridge.
