The light rail that left Woodberry light rail station had multiple delays including a ten minute delay at Hamburg station and train shut down on the track 2 minutes outside of Linthicum without any notice or reason from the train operator as to why. Needless to say passengers were late for flights as well as to getting to work. For the exorbitant fares that we, the passengers pay, better communication as to when this happens would be greatly appreciated.

Let me start by saying i take light rail as opposed to driving to work to Hunt Valley 50 miles each way...I lived in Prince Georges County and drive up to N. Linthicum station...some trains run late due to delays whereas if you are trying to get to work on time and have to take alternate transportation the MTA doesnt offer you a refund on monies lost on behalf of the patrons which I've attempted to reach out to their main headquarters on St Paul street with no response...I've sent emails but when called down to office I'm told they never received them..I've also lost monies in the machine while MTA officer witnessed and gave me a number than the general automated number which is uselesds...he advised me to contact main office downtown only to be told they're count of funds were accurate for the previous days count ....Stupid response...OF COURSE IT WAS....YOU GOT MONIES YET I DIDN'T FUNDS ON MY CHARM CARD.... yet if you board without paying you are fined as well you should be. . TRAINS HAVE NO HEAT IN WINTER MONTHS.....I say this from experience having been using MTA systems past 4 years .. every year they have personnel come various stations to talk with patrons but schedules are set so that riders who'd like to speak with them who take earlier trains are at a disadvantage .....would like a response from MTA but not holding my breath....VERY DISSATISFIED RIDER #MTA

A little noisy but convenient and economic alternative to cab or shuttle ride from the airport to downtown. Great rate for day pass under $5!

The trains can't meet schedule and the rail cars leak.
