If I could give a zero I would. HORRIBLE customer service. The owner himself and I were on the phone and he said he would guarantee the product to arrive in 3 days. I wanted to give him my business instead of Amazon. I texted him 9 days later and he said he forgot to order my splint after all that! What an embarrassment he is. NEVER will I do business with an owner like that. Good luck for those that use him!
