We rented out the Island Room with the attached patio for our company dinner and it was amazing! We had about 30 people for dinner and the space worked well. I worked with Jennifer to plan all the details from the dinner to the set up. The service was amazing and my team enjoyed their time in this stunning historical building. The service team was attentive and on top of all our needs for the evening. I would highly recommend hosting your large event here!

Lovely hotel stay in a historic inn! The elevator was really cool with its old buttons + there's a spot to sit down, so unique! Bed was super comfortable & loved the robes in the room, too. Free parking on site + walkable area in the middle of it all in Minneapolis.

We've been eating at the restaurant for years and always loved how elegant, romantic and warm it felt, for such a historic building. Lobster Week is a must and weekend brunches are great - hash browns are addicting! Anne is the best server and they have an in house sommelier, Brad, that will make sure you get the right beverage. You can walk in during the daytime but I would highly recommend reservations for evenings. This is also a great place for an event. We had an entire wedding weekend here and it was perfect. If you are looking for a venue to share a smaller, intimate event with fantastic service, this is your spot. Every interaction with the event coordinator, Jennifer, was just so pleasant and helpful. She will help facilitate whatever your vision is and offer suggestions/ideas/vendors to make sure it happens. The hotel rooms are definitely older but cozy. You have all the amenities you need, with complimentary continental breakfast and coffee located by the elevator on each floor. They have room service and free parking, which is rare for this part of the city. I cannot sing their praises enough! If you are looking for a date night, staycation or venue, give them a try!

Went here for the first time on Mother's Day for brunch. They had a set menu which was fine and full bar open. The interior is gorgeous. The service was excellent and attentive. The food was wonderful and we got 4 courses for one price. Great place for a celebration. Would go back.

Went last night and everything was wonderful to food drinks dessert and service. I forgot my server name but wanted to let you guys know how good he did. Appreciate the service he gave while me and my bf get terrible service any where else we go to in the twins cities. It is pricey but it totally worth it.
