Absolutely beautiful terminal. Clean, very large. Big selection of eateries. But don't expect a quick easy meal. There are no Dunkin Donuts or other fast food. It's all specialty restaurants. And at the World Bean Coffee, you place your order and then need to go pay at the self service kiosk. You can't pay with cash. Breakfast selection was abysmal. $9.75 for a chicken biscuit? Eat before you get to the airport if you need to go to terminal C higher number gates. Also, free WiFi from both the airport and one of the restaurants was not working. Both cellphone and tablet would not connect.
Counters are easy to find!!
Terminal C was clean and big enough not to have to be running into people even with a lot of foot traffic. Lots of clean signs to guide you. A variety of shops to satisfy any craving or purchase any last-minute items.
Terminal C is massive, but pretty easy to get around. Lots of shops and eateries. Not a bad place to wait for a flight.
Total chaos at passenger pick up 3 level 1 terminal c. No organization. People where just stopping in middle of road leaving multiple spots blocked for cars to pull up to curb. Traffic control seemed to be lacking, to say the least
