If it was possible to give this business zero stars, I would. As an airport employee of Hobby airport, I park there several times weekly. The scanners at the gate consistently malfunction, and even when they do read your pass, the gate itself will malfunction. When you call for assistance, you spend anywhere from three to fifteen minutes waiting for it to reach someone, who is usually extremely rude, only for them to disconnect the line or hang up on you. If you get an employee who feels like doing anything at all, they will reset the scanner and let you in, although about half of that time, they will instead tell you that they are sending someone to help you, though no-one has ever shown up in this way, requiring another call until you get lucky enough to speak to someone useful. I’ve worked here for almost three years now, and my department of roughly 2,000 employees have reported the same problem. This parking business needs either an overhaul in management, or removal from this airport.

We routinely park in the economy lot at Hobby, which is managed by this company. My car was broken into along with approximately 20 other cars. Undoubtedly, this break in caused a lot of noise and took some time. New South waived my parking fee but otherwise would not take responsibility and noted to me that they were having continuing issues with break ins, which sounds like an issue with their security. I do not plan to park in this lot again given my experience.

First, I have dealt with this company for the past five years. I am an contractor working at IAH. The gates they use a large percentage of the time fail to open, so then you have to call and talk to some snarky person to get them to open the gate or send someone over. I have been stuck waiting for up to twenty minutes trying to leave because the exit lanes are both blocked by vehicles trying to leave. About a month ago our garage was closed for a year for repairs, so we were told to park in AB garage, no biggie, same issues as above- but not too bad. However, I learned last week that we who have been paying for a parking garage will be kicked out to a large open air lot outside the airport- this will add another thirty minutes to my commute. Thanks a lot.

Live an hour away across town. Dropped off wife at airport in morning. Didn't realize that I forgot my wallet until at exit cashier. Dug up $4.00 in loose change of $5.00 fee and offered to mail in balance. The attendants demanded payment in full at the moment regardless. Stated charges would continue to incur unless I paid at the moment in cash or card in hand. I had to call the Police to get out. Their attitude changed when Police arrived and accepted the wife's credit card over the phone. Jerks the lot of them. Will park at the private lots from now on.

Despite saying you can pre-book at least an hour in advance for terminal parking, it is a lie. Even if it is 8 hours before needed and there is still ample terminal parking available, the system will not let you book - you need to book at least a day in advance, not at least an hour. They should be clear about that. Also no number to call - they make it very onerous to find a contact.
