Simply put, do not call any other piano tech in Ann Arbor. I cannot say enough positive things about Nelson's Piano Services. Nelson is professional, affordable, incredibly knowledgeable, and most importantly, he is honest. We had poor experiences with two other piano techs before we found Nelson, and in the future we will not be recommending or using anybody else.
