Shopped at a couple of pet stores, and so happy I landed in this one. Small, well stocked and very helpful customer service! I just got a puppy and was interested in raw food, and the CSR was excellent, and there were small trial packs! I will only shop here for the service.

Best self wash on the west coast. Walk ins welcome. My dog was less nervous here than he usually is at a public. Tub was a perfect height and comfortable bathing teathers. Shampoo, towels and apron provided. Dryer was extremely quiet making for a relaxing experience. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Went in for a self-wash with our dog. The facility was nice and easy to use and the staff was friendly and helpful and did a complete walk through of the self-wash area. We will definitely be back!!

Took my border Collie in for a self serve dog wash. The staff were super nice and friendly. Dog wash setup is well thought out., complete with dog treats! Thanks Nature's Pet!

Shout out to this place for being the only place in the valley where I could find a tick remover tool in store rather than online. I was able to pull out 5 ticks that I found on my dog after our very very long hike. Time for his tick meds, I guess. And this tool was awesome.
