We had a fantastic experience with Matt Halfond! He hooked us up with a great car, was so unbelievably friend & welcoming, including walking out to the lot as we were loading our bags to make sure we liked the car before we took off. Our key fob was low on batteries and we had to pick up a friend from the airport. Matt was able to swap out the batteries on the fob while our friend waited for her luggage to make sure the key was good for the weekend. As a business owner, I'd love to have 100 employees like Matt!

I travel for work and have extensive experience with rental cars. This time I was traveling for a loved one to Mayo Clinic. It was in itself a very stressful trip because of the reasons and also because our plane was delayed and we were really tired... but what a wonderful experience I had at National! They treated us with such kindness and were so willing to help us find the right car, at the right price, for our trip! Actually we got a fantastic car for an amazing prize. This is my second experience with National (the other one in Texas for MD Anderson Hospital) and both were experiences that I would love to repeat over and over again. If you are traveling to Rochester, National would be your best bet!

I have been traveling to Rochester from Chicago on a biweekly basis for the last year and half. Prior to this, I have extensively traveled the country for work. The National Car Rental at Rochester has some of the best service I have ever received at an airport car rental. The employees at Rochester's National deeply care about their customers and aim to accommodate them in the best way possible. I can guarantee that if you pick them for your rental needs, they will not let you down!

I rented a car to go one way from RST (Rochester, MN) to MSP (Minneapolis) on 6/17/20. The car was a Ford Fusion and it only had 500 miles on it. It was a very smooth, comfortable ride. The car was very clean and you could tell that National cares about its customers. They've changed their procedures so that we no longer had to deal with paperwork.
