While working in Atlantic City, I flew into PHL and rented a car here. The rental car areas are all separated by band, so you have to take a bus form the terminal you arrived in to the appropriate rentals car company. That process took about 8 mins for me to wait for the bus, and then about 5 mins to drive to the lot. If you’re Executive, they’ll drop you off there first. I am Emerald Executive and I checked out nearly all the vehicles in that area only to find basic Chevy’s, Fords, etc… nothing exciting. I got in a Chevy SUV (which I hate because those push-button shifters are the worse thing ever!) and looked across to see a Grand Cherokee L series – Which I definitely preferred. The car was decent, not very clean, but very operational. No issues with the car over the few days I used it. Checking back in was easy, they were busy when I got back, so I parked in the lane and jumped out and headed to the bus. That’s when I noticed a bunch of Wangoneers being turned back in and I was very disappointed, as I should have access to picking one of those when I picked up! That’s what I tend to prefer. Overall – It was a decent experience. Still absolutely love National Car Rental!

Flew in and out of Philly recently. There was a long line out in the heat waiting for the cars to be prepped and the team there was fantastic! They offered all of us water and they quickly and efficiently got us all into our cars and on our way in record time. On the return, the agent was helpful with luggage and gates and all were friendly. Special shout out to the shuttle drivers both incoming and outgoing, always very helpful and kind. Well done!

I always use National Car Rental. Nothing beats the Emerald Aisle. I had made a mistake on my reservation and the day before I was to arrive, I called and they made the change for me. This saved me from paying for an extra day. I arrived at Philadelphia International Airport at 2 AM. It was great to be shuttled to National and pick from a very nice selection of vehicles. I was gone within minutes of arriving. The cars are always clean and dependable. The drop off is just as quick. The shuttle drivers have always been friendly. Great experience all around.

I had originally booked with a rival agency. However, after waiting more than 40 minutes for the shuttle and calling without an answer, I decided to give up and start over with another agency. National's shuttle had been circulating regularly, so I hopped on that. Even though it was late in the evening on a Friday, they still had cars to choose from and were very eager to accommodate me. I am so thankful. The car was clean and reliable, and the process of picking up and dropping off was very smooth.

I recently rented a car from National Car Rental at Philadelphia International Airport. I booked my reservation online. It was easy to do. As an Emerald member, I was able to choose a vehicle that met my needs and there were many cars to choose from. I accepted the prepaid fuel option because it had provided added value and made returning the car a little bit simpler and saves time. Checking the car in and out was easy and speedy.
