This location is always wonderful to work with! Even in situations where there is a shortage of cars, they go above and beyond to help people find a way to their hotels. Jessica is exceptional every time I am here! Sam was very nice as well. It’s great to see a team that cares so much for their customers!

The worst experience ever. I had an appointment at 8pm to pick up a car. I even called ahead of time to see if I could pick up the vehicle early. I was told that business hours did not go pass 530pm but open back up at 8 to 10 pm so I keep the time. Came in at 755pm to get the vehicle no one was at the counter. After spending 45 minutes of calling different numbers to get some kind of help I was told it had to be rescheduled to tomorrow morning. There was nothing that the 1800 people could do. Then on top of it no compensation for them putting me out. I have a meeting at 830am that next day that I'm missing due to there incomplete in customer service. The worst experience ever. Missing this meeting will effect my business greatly.No thanks to National. With no concern to the care of there customers.

I travel a lot for business all over the country and by far this location has the best costumer service I have ever seen. They always find time to accommodate any needs and go beyond to make sure customers are being helped. Specially thanks to Jessica who helps even on her time off. You guys are the best.👌

We rented a car from the Williston, ND National Car Rental at the Airport. The car was very clean, ran well, no problems what-so-ever. The process of getting the car and returning the car was without problems. Perfect.

I rented a car with a contract which charged for mileage. The starting mileage on the contract was lower than the actual when I picked up the car. I had to drop off after hours but I noted the discrepancy on my return envelope and wrote them I had photographic proof. This was ignored and I was charged for mileage I didn't drive anyway. Boo!
