Free “upgrade “ - asked for a small to mid-size car. Got a Ford Expedition. Asked for something smaller. Got a Fire Expedition. Got out to the lot and saw lots of smaller stuff. Not sure why they didn't care. Also logged me back in at 200 miles when I drove 4 and have the photo to prove it.

The absolute worst customer service. Turns out if road side assistance doesn’t do there job properly and send out a tow truck, it’s on you. Ellie informed us as soon as we got there that they would not be paying for tow services, of their car to their facility. She didn’t bother contacting road side to ask why a tow truck was never dispatched. She made absolutely zero effort to resolve the issue. She did however inform us that we HAD to leave the car at there facility, on our dime, or we wouldn’t receive a replacement. I have never in my life had to do a persons job for them, pay for it myself, then deal with rude attitudes on top of it.

By far the best service at a rental car counter in years! Abby was professional and courteous on arrival and extremely thoughtful upon return due to possible flight cancellation. I can't say enough good about her and hope you pay her more to keep her!
