First time using National. A large group of flights were delayed. While at the desk I had to reset and call to approve the transaction as it was out of state travel and the desk attendant just left. Didn’t say she’d be back or “we are closed” she just just left. I had to call the National line to find out I could not pull the rental till 0900. It’s now 00:00 I’ve got no rental and now I’ve got to get a hotel, come back tomorrow and get the rental all because the attendant couldn’t be bothered to wait five minutes.

This was my second time renting from National. Both times were quick and hassle free. My most recent trip, I had a 2024 Chrysler Pacifica. It had low miles, extremely clean, and was such a comfort to drive.

The young lady working 11/6/23 was absolutely amazing. I was not even there to rent a car from them but she was nicer and more helpful than the attendants at the other rental services. She sets an excellent example of customer service and genuine kindness!

I rented a car from National Car Rental at the Alexandria, LA airport. The service was quick, efficient, and very pleasant. Additionally, the manager, Ms Lakenji Brown, personally checked with me to ensure everything was going well with the rental. My experience with her on this, and my last two rentals, has been nothing but positive. I have not had this level of attention when I have rented from other companies. I'll definitely be going back to National next time as well.

This is the only car rental that's worth anything at this airport. I have not experienced any problems with National.
