Wonderful location and excellent service. The room is a little on the older side, so nothing fancy, however it got the job done. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and we really appreciated her enthusiasm. Very close to downtown Placerville with lots of wonderful food options available. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Sharon the front desk clerk was very kind and thoughtful in helping us get a room there at the motel. And when we came back for several nights due to that we just moved into our apartment, and we didn't have our furnitures or bed yet so we went back and stayed for a fee more night even after our furniture arrived we still didn't have a bed, as they put us up for 4 nights.. I would recommend this motel to my friends that are looking to stay somewhere! Very nice and clean and very helpful...
Could use some upgrades but overall was a great deal for the price paid and had no issues with our stay. The lady at front desk was a dream, great customer service. Close to anything you might need and perfectly situated for an easy stop on the way to Tahoe (which is what we did). Would stay again!
If u need a clean, nice environment to relax, don't go anywhere else. Best place to stay in placerville, guarantee. Reasonably priced also. Come check for yourself.
The upstairs room was clean with micro, refrigerator and AC/heater. It was reasonably comfortable for a 2 night stay. Initially I had requested a downstairs room and was given the handicap room without being told. That room was very cold especially in the handicap bathroom. There was no eating table and the microwave was just operationally weird? She gave me a new room without issues. There seemed to be long-term guests with visible trash/food in the car. This always alerts me of behavioral mental issues. Other guests seemed normal. One more thing - pillows need serious replacing in both rooms. This seems to be an ongoing issue with smaller hotels/motels.
