True Elegance transportation was awesome. Best communication I’ve ever experienced with a company providing a service. Eduardo, our chauffeur was also excellent. Extremely punctual and easy going. He would walk all the way around and beat us to opening the doors sometimes. Would definitely use this service again.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with True Elegance Transportations. We planned a college tour for our scholars and visited 8 schools in 5 days through Southern California and Arizona. Thomas was the best driver we have had thus far and we will definitely be requesting “Tom” for all our rides moving forward. He was professional and a joy to travel with.

Our team had a shuttle pick us up in San Francisco and take us to Sonoma for a North Bay outing. Our driver Brain was FANTASTIC. He reached out before hand to introduce himself and gave suggestions for best place to view + photograph the GGB (which were incredible by the way). He helped us take team photos and got us to where we needed to be safely and timely. For the whole 6+ hours he was with us he was polite, knowledgable, calm and flexible! Thank you Brian for being such an integral part of our team outing, looking forward to the next excursion 🙏

We had a group of 12 going on a day trip to Napa from SF. From the first call to get information through the booking process and the day of service, it was an amazing experience. The office staff was thorough and communicative. Thomas, our driver, was the absolute best!! He was extremely helpful and flexible. He went the extra mile to ensure we had a good experience. I'd definitely use True Elegance again!
