Very lovely ice cream. Loved their birth cake and banana flavors.
Service on a super hot day was slow. One guy was handling the front counter - he was moving fast doing his best! There were 3 people inside the shop handling to-go orders. The wait in the afternoon sun with a group of kiddos was extreme. Also, the soft serve vanilla I had didn’t seem fresh. I prefer McDonalds flavor and quality to what was served at Nanabette’s. Will not be back.

Love a trip to Nanabette's on a hot night. Last night we went there and they are missing their picnic tables and we had to sit on the stoop of a neighbor. (We were told they were broken?) They need to replace them. Line moves a little slow when there appear to be many people inside. They were paying more attention to each other and not the customers.
Nanabette's ice cream has a variety of options to customize your own ice cream flavored cup. There are options to receive more than one toppings going up to three toppings in a once cream up. The sizes are regular, large and jumbo size flavors. The paper cups are a positive since they do hold the ice cream for a little while. The cups get a little flimsy and soft after holding ice cream in cups.
