This is a great hotel. I stayed 2 days for business reasons. Free coffee in the lobby, upon check-in, which was nice. The rooms are a little small but are very neat and comfortable. Love the kitchenette. Full sized fridge, 2 burner electric range, and sink disposal. Very ample cabinet and drawer space, if needed. No pots/pans or dishes, so bring your own! Slip resistant shower/tub combo, which I loved. The body wash was great. I felt so fresh and so clean! Shower is equipped with full sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plenty of towels! The bed was very clean and comfortable. I had 4 fluffy pillows and a nice throw at the foot of the bed. A recliner is also in the room to kick back and relax while watching TV. Large desk space for work, which I needed. The hotel and my room were quiet and very peaceful. A/C kept me nice and cool as it was in the upper 80s and muggy outside during my stay. I honestly felt like I was on vacation even though I was working. The staff was friendly and professional. I needed to check in at about 7:30am because I had to start work. They checked me right in with no problems at this time of the morning! Check-in is normally at 3pm. I would stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the Marion area. Edited review: They were amazing and found the toy for us! Amazing service. Was a good hotel. Food and shopping is pretty easy to reach from it and the place is well maintained. I would suggest a lost and found bin for the staff to maybe hold stuff for a week or two. We lost a toy that we came back for a week later and the staff had seen it but when they looked at the space they set it aside to it was missing.

We stayed at this hotel due to it being new. The hotels in Marion are slim and not nice. Things were good until my wife found a bed bug on her in the early morning. We brought it to the staff’s attention, literally showing them the bed bug shown in the pics. They said it was just a beetle. The way they handled the situation was ridiculous, like it didn’t exist. The issue is they are locally owned and handled locally so corporate does nothing to help. Do not stay here the staff is rude and unhelpful and by saying that I am being kind.

Great value and experience. Bring food if you want because you can cook your own breakfast and there's a refrigerator. Great price and good experience. Got great sleep

Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Front Desk staff was unfriendly, rude and mouthy. Several times when we came down he was outside smoking and on his phone. Unhelpful on local stuff. (We were from out of town)
