Deborah and I hadn't eaten here for four years. They are only open for lunch. Debbie's chicken fried steak was tender enough to cut with her fork. I had baked chicken and excellent green beans. The desserts were outstanding!
Stopped here passing thru magnolia because i had a taste for soul food. Food was amazing! Friendly service! Hometown feel. I will definitely return.
A really good place to eat southern home cooked soul food. But too bad it's open just for lunch. From the food to the service. It's on my top 5 best places to eat at list. When im in town. And one of the best places in magnolia to eat at.

Food was good, but they were out of the beef tips and rice. I enjoyed sitting at the kitchen table and visiting with mom. We had a nice time.
