It's frustrating and annoying every time you are outside and the truck sees many children waiting outside or even a few waving to you waiting you just keep speeding literally speeding down the road, first that's not even legal and second you making Children sad and disappointed thinking they are going to get Icecream but don't it's heartbreaking and not fair, what is the point of driving a ice cream truck and you are not going to stop for people to buy ice cream is beyond me I don't understand or get it..... And when you call nobody answers I don't understand why have a number and not answer it and have a company that won't stop speeding and not stopping to hand people out stuff, how do y'all make money?!??

Whoever is driving the truck around our neighborhood (between Reber and Waterman) is zipping through too quickly. At least maybe wait at the corner for a minute to allow people time to get out of their houses. Or post a route/schedule so we that the one day a month we hear you pass by we can be out to flag you down... As it is you just upset the children because they hear the music zoom by, and then don't get the treat.

Whoever is accommodating clifton park apartments is speeding through the complex with her phone in her hand and completely passes several people waiting with their children trying to get ice cream. We waited for her to come back around since she took off while we were trying to get change since we needed more money and she took off even after we screamed for her attention. While waiting she saw us and continued driving even after waving her down and screaming once again. Beyond poor service. Wont be getting ice cream for her ever again.

Seriously disgusted by this ice cream company. No regard for safety or anyone who works nights. Next time I’ll come out and talk face to face. Sick of this rip off blaring music.
