Let's start with a back story. I have a generator that needed some work done. I had it at a repair shop, after a week and they didn't touch it. I called them and told them that I was on my way to get it. By the time I got there, there was over $100. charge. I took it home, hooked it up, it ran one hour on a tank of gas. That's when I contacted Truesdale. Took it there, it took 3 days to do the same work as the other place. Now I get 8 hours of run time per tank. Senses then they worked on a salamander and got lawn mower parts from there. I want to say thank you, You all did a great job for me. I would recommend them (Truesdale) to anyone. Thank You

Had our lawnmower for 2 weeks. Never called with an update. Everytime we called they say tomorrow our yard is over a foot tall. Finally called them this morning. Caught him in an outright lie . NEVER AGAIN . DO NOT GO HERE
