During our recent stay at Motel 6 near Sky Harbor, we were delighted by the service provided by Reina at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Reina's kindness, humor, and helpfulness made us feel like royalty. Despite the motel's basic nature, her exceptional service made it feel like a five-star experience. Reina is a true asset to Motel 6 and deserves recognition and a promotion for her outstanding efforts. Thank you, Reina, for making our stay so wonderful. You truly embody top-notch customer service!

When we first checked in the water in the bathroom was running brown, we waited to see if it would go clear but it never did. I told the lady at the desk which was Rayna, and asked if we could check a different room to see if it was better. She went out of her way to let me look at 3 other rooms , which they all had the same issue. We wound up staying in our room, and later that night the water was fine. The desk staff is very friendly, and they go above and beyond for customer satisfaction! The pool has been great to swim in, especially since it's so hot but they could use a few more chairs.

I first want to say thank you to the staff especially Julie she has been nothing but good to me and my family Reyna as well looking out for us weather we need a few minutes past check out this is one of the cleanest Motel 6 I’ve been to! There’s another girl in the front I forgot her name but she also is helpful!! The rooms are always cold and clean!

I travel often and normally I have meetings close to the airport. I visited this location and the desk clerk Reina was so polite and very helpful. When I asked she was able to suggest some food places that I would eat while I visited Phoenix. She also gave me some ideals on what to do on my free time. My trip was more then expected all thanks to her. A1 customer service. I wil be coming back to that location mt next visit.

Veronica was wonderful as well as the entire staff. They saw that I have limited mobility due to a leg problem which forces me to walk with a cane and makes steps difficult and Veronica changed rooms for me without needing to ask her to a downstairs disabled persons room which makes such a difference not having to negotiate stairs whenever I need to go anywhere. For Veronica to go out of her way to know each guest and care enough to help that really says a lot about the type of Manager she is and how that rubs off on her amazing staff. Thank you Veronica for being an Amazing person.
