Adrian Richardson was a fantastic salesman! He, and anyone else involved in my purchase at Moore Cadillac, went above and beyond at helping to make my purchase as easy as possible. I live out of state and the purchase was seamless. He communicated wonderfully and worked around my busy work schedule. He was even able to deliver my Escalade to my house on his way to pick up another vehicle in close proximity. My wife loves her new vehicle. Thank you again!

Wow, I have to say, Essie Nazemi was the absolute best! He was so friendly, respectful, and patient with me throughout the whole car-buying process. He made it a breeze! Moore Cadillac Chantilly is an amazing dealership, and I highly recommend them. Essie Nazemi was so great that he’s set a new standard for me when it comes to car buying. I’ve had my Cadillac serviced here for the past few months, and I must say the service has been excellent. I always request my service advisor, James, because he is truly outstanding. I have never experienced customer service as exceptional as his. Every time I bring in my Cadillac XT5, James greets me with professionalism, respect, and a warm smile. He always takes the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needs and ensures I fully understand the process. Having worked in the customer service field myself, I can confidently say I would love to have an employee like James on my team. He represents Moores Cadillac exceptionally well. Kudos to James and the entire service department at Moores Cadillac in Chantilly, Virginia! My vehicle is running great, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service every visit.
