The arc apartments are a joke. The people who live there have nowhere else to go and they feel they can take advantage of that. My aunt lived there, they allowed maintenance to enter her apart. with no notice. (Maintenance being just another resident who fixes things ~not an actual vetted employee) management overstepped bounds threatening to kick her out despite her having paid rent & trying to get information from family members. Waco Housing definitely needs to look into this place.

The organization as a whole is excellent. However some of the employees have severe white guilt and let other Caucasian people know that they have it easy with their privileges. (Shannon Williams)

They took care of me every time I had a bad tooth or 2 and I'm now pain free after struggling for over 10 years with them constantly having problems and so much unbearable pain. Infections, pain and assessed teeth ruled my life and they have changed all that for me totally free when I couldn't afford to pay... Thank you all so much
