I mean, who knew you could take a nap at the airport?!? Is this a little pricey? Yes. But, when you have a several hour layover and you didn't get much rest the night before, this was absolutely worth every minute. The staff were amazing, friendly and accommodating. The room was the perfect temperature, there was a small fan and pillows and blankets. I would definitely recommend paying for a nap! This was the refresher that we needed! Worth every penny.

I got a free hour with Priority Pass, otherwise I wouldn’t have come. It’s $55.00 for the first hour and like $13.00 for every 15 minutes after that. Not a great bang for your buck. They have comfortable seating/sleeping quarters. There is an Apple TV with all the apps but you’ve gotta sign into your accounts to watch anything, very minor inconvenience. The young lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful!

taye was so great. he accommodated me so well, he was about 5 mins late checking me in which i didn’t mind but he made sure i was well taken care of & made up for it. very great personality & bright smile! will be booking here 1000x just for him being so great. thank you tay for making my morning

We were told to come back at a specific time 30 minutes wait. When we returned we were told the room was accidently given away to the couple in front of us in line and would have to wait another 30 minutes. Pretty annoying when we only had 45 minutes left till our flight. I would have expected the employee to ask the couple who didn't have to wait to get out until the next room was available.

It's a perfect space to rest. It's bit pricey, if you want to rest for more than 2 hours maybe you can easily go to a hotel just nearby. If you're in a terminal different to C, then you need to go out and do customs check in in C. But don't worries it's quite easy and short. At least in my case in normal weekend .
