They will double charge you for parking. Their phone number is disconnected so good luck getting that money back. Also the garage was falling apart and very hard to find the entrance/exit.
Worst parking garage I have ever used in my life. Have been held hostage in this garage multiple times due to their machines, help lines, and security lines all being broken and no one manning the place in case of problems. There are people constantly doing heroin and meth not to mention puking and pissing in the stair well and elevator. They haven’t paid their security bill so when you call their “see something say something line” they just tell you you are out of luck. This parking garage is a stain on downtown.
ZERO stars! I used the iParkit app to prepay and reserve a spot which is supposed to guarantee a parking spot. The ramp was full. It was still allowing cars to enter with no available spots. It appears that these individuals had to swipe a credit card to exit. Charging even the minimum rate is ridiculous for someone entering and exiting immediately. I used the app to exit. No attendant on hand. AVOID THIS RAMP!
I would leave zero stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting. The stairs were covered I. Urine and vomit. They do not indicate you need to take your ticket to pay before you get to your vehicle.
Not only was there a team of cockroaches escorting us out of our car as if it’s valet, they had a whole parking space to do their synchronized dance routine. My car will never be the same. When we called for assistance they yelled at us and literally said that we’re dumb after they ripped us off and we were telling them that the rates on the sign are incorrect to what it’s charging us they hung up…. The manager was petrified when we said that were going to bring it up with the city and that we have videos of him screaming at us and calling us a bunch of names when we only tried to tell him that the rates on the sign are misleading. Do yourself a favor and don’t infest your car with roaches nor waste your time and money and park somewhere
