The room is very nice in size with well equipped appliances furniture and TV. The motel manager is very pleasant and helpful with residents needs. The housekeeping is a bit slow on returning items on towels and sheets. Sometimes I wait even 2-3 days for returns unless I call office but manager always provides for me. I like it here! 😊

We stayed here for one night and got in late and they were all super nice and easy to deal with. The room was the cleanest room and the most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in in Ardmore. The people who run the front desk have super respectful kids.

Was just passing through on my way back to Texas and stopped overnight and was really satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. And everything was there for a comfortable sleep. Really enjoyed my stay thanks.

ZERO STARS if I could!!! Beware!!!! There is NO WAY this is a Microtel property let me start by saying that. The owners are living in the property. As soon as I walked in, the smell of stale grease and spices was overwhelming. I checked in and my room was directly above from the owners hotel room, turned into an apartment. Their door was propped open and people were yelling. A large full size fridge was blocking part of their apartment doorway and kids running in and out. I could hear people yelling from their apartment on the second floor. I went into the room and was appalled. Dead bugs in the floor, stains on linens, mildew on the bathrooms and a window unit covered in dust. I went back to the front desk and reviewed the findings. The front desk staff offered to show me another room. Upon looking at another room, the conditions were the same. I reported I would not be staying and requested a refund. Staff refused but directed me to talk to the manager the next morning. When I spoke with him this morning, he again refused. I mentioned I would be posting a review and he stated, “Go ahead. Do it,” then hung up on me.

So many people undermine the great service the staff of this magnificent little hotel provide. I enjoyed my stay. Did all of my friends. I recommend this place as comfortable place to stay with many great rooms and amazing room services. Couldn't thank the management of this family base hotel enough have a blessed day and safe travels!:)
