Their curbside ordering system definitely needs improvement. They had about 2 employees in the whole store and no one knew I had been waiting outside for a while. When I went inside, the order was missing and finally, someone found my items in what appeared to be an abandoned cart. 🙃

Don't use curbside, ever. I used the app to let them know I was on my way. When I got there I sent notification that I was outside. I didn't start counting until I noticed people who walked in while I was waiting were coming back out with their bags. This location completely ignored my notification. Needless to say, I waited 15 minutes and two notifications that I was there. I left. This is the second time this location has done this. Unfortunately, I was not appropriately dressed to go in this time. Don't offer a service you don't plan on actually offering.

Prices are almost on the ridiculous side. But they do have some cool stuff. Also some great paintings.

I love this particular location. Friendly staff and lots of good sales! Interacting yesterday with a really sweet cashier -i wish I'd caught her name! I had a return and it's so easy to return something here, which is important to me considering returns just about everywhere else has turned into a nightmare!! Just great customer service and good experiences every time I shop here!
