We parked at Dolphin garage Miami airport $25/day Fromm 6/4 to 6/12. It is a worse garage. I don’t think it is worth for that price. Many of the elevators do not work. The stairs are stinking with urine smell. We landed on a rainy day and the garage was flooded in many areas and it was hard to get around. The way they labeled the garage was very confused. The worse of all, we don’t feel safe at all. We didn’t see any security guard driving around.
They parked my wife's car a few weeks ago. It was pristine when she turned over the keys. They would not let her park it, even though the reservation was 'self park'. It was returned to her as shown in the photos below. The driver/valet was unlicensed. We filed a police report. The driver was ticketed for driving without a license, and for damaging two cars. One Switch claims it's not their responsibility, rather they are pointing to the online booking company, even though it was their unlicensed employee parking cars....
The lot is divided in two buildings, Flamingo and Dolphin. Both are pretty big and confusing to get out. The short term parking when rains you might get wet on the under the roof parking lot on the first floor. The short term parking lot need to be repaired.
I waited :31 minutes for the shuttle that the driver says comes every :20 mins. He said he has circled and no one was there. Not true. There was an employee who had a clipboard in the arrivals area who walked me there and came back to check because he saw me still there after :25 mins. The driver told me he was there. All he had to do was say the traffic was horrible but did not have to lie. At the next stop, the rider said the same thing as me. He had been waiting an hour! Ridiculous!
