I adore this store and their staff are always so kind and helpful! I love shopping vintage and Meek has such a unique assortment of vintage home goods and clothing that have been well cared for. I’ve purchased such an assortment of items from Meek—a lovely 1950s floor lamp, leather slide sandals, glassware, candles, earrings, skincare products—you name it, they have it. It’s also a great spot to shop for gifts (don’t forget the Le Bon socks). They obviously put a lot of care into sourcing special items that customers will love. Very glad to have this store in Denver! ✨
So so so cute! The vibe here is unmatchable. You can tell so much thought went into every part of this place. We stopped in on Valentine’s Day weekend, and we got heart shaped waffles on the house ❤️ the owner really loves what she does, and it shows. If the option to give this place 0 stars, was available, that would be the rating I would provide. Following a post on TikTok, I visited this shop, excited to see what pieces they might have had, for me to add to my wardrobe but the customer service or lack thereof ruined that opportunity. From walking in to this very small shop, to walking out, the two young ladies at the front, never provided the courtesy of even uttering a simple “hello” to myself and my sister. Choosing to brush it off as an accident, we decided to continue browsing, hoping to find that right piece. Wanting badly to not accept this being racially charged, the actions presented afterwards changed this. However, with the customers that followed behind us, it was hard to ignore the warm greeting they received from both ladies. Following acknowledgment of the blatant disrespect, we decided to take our money and business elsewhere. Without disregarding the aesthetic of the shop and from what appeared to be cute pieces the grave differences in selective customer service, is a thing that leaves anyone who has ever worked in retail, extremely disappointed.
We are in town for the weekend and decided to drop by to look around bc of the great reviews and comments in staff being friendly. I love friendly staff in stores, makes for a pleasant outing. Destiny in the store was super duper awesome. She gave us suggestions on all the places to shop. What an angel!! She made our day!
Meek is a beautifully curated shop with the sweetest owners and team. Their vintage eye is just so good, and their modern picks are lovely, too. I always love browsing here, there is always something new, and this past year I have particularly loved their gift sets, which have allowed me to send indulgent treats to folks all around the country during a time when we are separated!
